A Photo Shoot at the Kelton House Museum & Garden: Sweet, Enchanting, and Romantic
The theme of this photography shoot embodied colorful, vibrant, and natural elements against a garden-like setting, bringing a cheerful and relaxed mood.
If your vision of a dream wedding conjures images of lush greenery and springtime, vibrant flowers so colorful they nearly look fake, among a light and airy, garden-esque ambiance that feels so heavenly you can't help but smile, we highly recommend you take a look at these inspiration photos shot by Amy Hord of Magical Minutes Photography.
Captured at the Kelton House Museum & Garden, a Greek Revival and Italianate mansion in the Discovery District of Downtown Columbus, Hord and her team of collaborators brought their enchanting, outdoor wedding vision to life. Perfect for couples who envision an intimate ceremony and celebration that feels equally relaxed as it does exquisite, the Kelton House Museum & Garden encapsulates history, charm and elegance, all in one fell swoop.
The theme of this styled shoot embodied colorful, vibrant and natural elements, candidly portrayed by Ashley Atkins and Nathan McCreery, who got to play dress-up for the day (which seemed quite effortless for them). Hord and her collaborators committed to a cheerful mood of “colorful, real flowers with lots of energy, a full gown with plenty of movement, and a gardenlike setting” for this wedding photoshoot, to which they delivered on.
Fun fact: Ashley and Nathan are also a real couple who were engaged at the time of the shoot. They married shortly after this photoshoot at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City.
